Scott Newquist is responsible for leading Aquaback in strategy, capital structure, business planning, marketing, and joint venture partnerships. With a background in finance, he has held executive positions at Kidder Peabody, Morgan Stanley, and co-founded several other businesses.

William Zebhur
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Bill Zebuhr is the inventor and Chief Technology Officer at Aquaback. He has over 40 years of engineering experience, including at Emerson Electric and Sanders Associates. Bill has a track record of successful inventions, including the Z Duct and energy-efficient vapor compression distillers. He holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.

Bill Burie
Operations and Materials Manager
With 38 years of manufacturing experience, Bill Burie oversees purchasing, materials management, and customer relations at Aquaback. He has worked in welding, sheet metal fabrication, and contract management, and holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Director
Jack Cowell has extensive experience in communications, business development, and investment banking. He recognizes the economic and environmental benefits of Aquaback solutions, having worked in infrastructure and business development roles. He is currently engaged in business development at S3 Partners.

Advisory Director
David Dussault is the Founder and CTO of Snapchill, a coffee tech company. He played a crucial role in developing Aquaback's water distillation technology and has expertise in thermal systems. David has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

Dr. Anish Jantrania is an Associate Professor/Extension Specialist at Texas A&M University. With over 30 years of experience in wastewater systems, his research focuses on sustainable infrastructure for clean water and safe sanitation. He has been advising Aquaback since 2012.

With a career in medical devices spanning over four decades, he has held leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson and founded MnemoSciences. Dr. Rosen brings expertise in biomedical design and innovation to Aquaback.

John Burke
Advisory Director
John Burke is a highly experienced engineer with over 50 years of expertise in industrial wastewater treatment and waste minimization systems. He has overseen the design and installation of 200+ water treatment systems, addressing various contaminants. John is a strong advocate for distillation and has actively supported Aquaback in developing stand-alone building wastewater treatment solutions. With 11 U.S. patents and 50 international patents, he is well-regarded in the industry and holds leadership positions in multiple organizations.
