Evaporator Flow Separation Assembly

Providing sufficient water to apply a uniform thin film after wiping off non-evaporated concentrate every 1.5 seconds in each tube is a critical process to achieve energy efficiency. This process results in an excess flow of applied water and a flow of concentrated, post distillation water which are separated by the mechanism pictured at the bottom of the wiper/ applicator assembly.
